Studying meeting and event planning at San Diego State University provided Jessie with a fun, engagement-focused philosophy on HR. This, combined with her professional background in hospitality management, curates Jessie’s ability to build trust, drive growth and sustain IMG’s core values.
Notably, Jessie has helped IMG triple in size since stepping into her role, mastering the art of scaling growth while preserving the close-knit mission and culture that define IMG.
